About NCHNA

If you live in North Coronado Heights, you already know it's a great place to be. In 2006, residents began working to make our neighborhood even better by forming a voluntary neighborhood association in the Coronado Heights Addition. We grew in 2011, adding homes in the Lakeridge and Clark's Lakeridge additions and Lakeridge Manor Condos. This part of the city was developed in the 1950s and 1960s and features mature trees and attractive, well-kept homes which have continued to grow in value. We are located in the Putnam City School District and served by Coronado Heights Elementary School, James L. Capps Middle School, and Putnam City High School.

A Little About Our Area
Membership Eligibility and Dues

All residents or property owners within our association boundaries, whether or not they pay membership dues, are considered members of NCHNA. However, there are advantages for those who pay the voluntary dues of $20 per year per household. Only paid members are eligible to serve as officers and committee members and to vote on issues that come before the association for consideration, such as goals, expenditures, election of officers, and other important matters. Dues cover the expense of implementing NCHNA projects and maintaining communications with members. We encourage all who live in our area to attend our bi-monthly meetings, pay dues, and be a part of NCHNA activities.

Our Officers

We are governed by an executive board composed of three elected officers. Our 2024-25 leaders are Greg Brunsman, President; Jason Warfe, Secretary; and Connie Scharbor, Treasurer.

Our boundaries, in general, are N.W. 63rd Street and N.W. Expressway on the north, Portland Avenue on the east, Warren Avenue on the west, and an irregular path, mostly along N.W. 60th, on the south. If you are unsure whether you live within our boundaries, contact us for verification.
